March 17th - ST. PATRICK'S PARADE - Join us at Chapter 671 for the parade which begins on or about 10 am. We will have our Honor Guard, Banner, Red 1942 Jeep, Marchers, and Trailer for those veterans who can't walk the parade route.
March 30th - National Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day. March of 2011 the US Senate resolved that March 30th being the day the last troops pulled out of Vietnam would be the official date for the country to Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans. At 6:30 pm at Emmet Park (East Bay Street) in Savannah, the Army Brass Quintet of The Third Infantry Division Band will begin playing patriotic music. The Candlelight Ceremony will begin at 7 pm.
